Aromatherapy- Incorporates the use of scented essential oils into the massage. The essential oils are diluted before use and are applied along with massage oil during the massage. Not only are you benefiting from the direct contact with the essential oils, but also gaining specific healing properties upon inhaling after exposure. You may choose your desired essential oil.
Hot Stones- This treatment combines traditional massage techniques while incorporating smooth & warmed basalt stones into the massage.
These stones are utilized as an extension of the therapist’s hands in order to generate a deeper relaxation from their heat, which adds warmth to the muscles allowing them to loosen up effectively, relieving tension, while allowing for a deeper massage with relaxing strokes
and a comforting warmth.
Cupping- Ancient therapy involving placing cups to the body that provide suction to the skin. This allows layers of skin and connective tissue to separate and be decompressed so that proper blood flow can be restored.
Sinus Accupressure- The use of hot towels and small, warm stones on your facial sinus points to relieve sinus pressure. We also use a sinus relieving essential oil incorporated into the hot towel as aromatherapy to open your sinuses more thoroughly. Facial massage focus and sinus draining to alleviate sinus pressure from allergies and colds.
